How To Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription anytime directly from your account.

Steps:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to My Account > Billing.
  3. Click Cancel next to your active subscription.

Once cancelled, your subscription status will change to “Cancelled”, and you’ll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. After that, access to the associated content will automatically end.

If you’re using Thinkific Payments, you’ll receive a cancellation confirmation email. Site Admins will also receive a notification with the student details.
